We act with integrity. We believe that as public servants most and foremost, we are committed to deliver honest and credible service to our clients and constituents.
We serve for our people and communities. As individual government employees, we are committed to serving our people’s needs with compassion and kind consideration.
We accept accountability and responsibility for all of our actions and decisions and for accompanying consequences thereto.
We submit to the principle “that those who have less in life must have more in law” and the less-privileged in our society should be involved in the formulation and implementation of plans, programs and projects to improve their living conditions.
